Corporate Services Directorate

The following departments are under this directorate:
  1. Corporate Communications Department
  2. Human Resources Department
  3. Legal Services Department
  4. Medical Services Department
  5. Procurement and Support Services Department
  6. Security Services Department

This directorate provides support services to the core departments of the Bank.

Departments under this directorate are:

  1. Corporate Communications

    The department has the following mandate:

    • To ensure effective and timely, qualitative internal and external communication, engagement and feedback.
    • Promote Nigeria as an investment-friendly destination by fostering investor confidence through effective communication.

  2. Human Resources Management

    The department has the following mandate:

    • Responsible for the development and administration of human capital management policies.
    • Administration of the suite of human capital management functions and processes.
    • Responsible for the development of individuals, teams and organizational capability.

  3. Legal Services

    The department has the following mandate:

    • The mandate of the Legal Services Department is to provide advisory and support services on all questions of law touching upon and concerning the Bank.

  4. Medical Services

    The department has the following mandate:

    • Provision of medical care at in-house medical facilities and coordination of medical services provided by external parties.

  5. Procurement & Support Services

    The department has the following mandate:

    • Provides procurement & support services through best practices and manages relationship with service providers for efficient performance.
    • Articulate and Implement the Bank’s procurement policy and manage enterprise procurement activities.
    • Provide efficient and effective administrative and protocol services to all SBUs. Manage vendor relationships for efficient service-delivery to SBUs.

  6. Security Services

    The department has the following mandate:

    • Develops and administers the policies, processes, services and tools required to promote and maintain the highest levels of corporate security and safety of assets and persons.
