International Training Institute (ITI)

The CBN International Training Institute (ITI) is a leading training institution under the Human Resources Management Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria. The institute plays a strategic role in developing critical competencies required for effective central banking, financial system stability, and economic management.

The ITI is established to:

  • Provide structured training programmes for CBN staff, Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) & other African Central Banks.
  • Build technical and leadership competencies
  • Support policy implementation capacity
  • Deliver specialised programmes for the financial services sector
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and research-based learning
